I honestly don't know what this card fold is called.
I think it was called a box card but I didn't think that was a good name for it. If you know what it's called, or just have a suggestion, please leave me a comment. Thank you :)

DeleteI don't know what the card shape is called but, whatever it is, it's wonderful. So lovely and fun and happy. I think it's so unusual, that anyone who receives it should be keeping it for life. Beautiful detail too.
