I'm Back & Sharing What I've Been Up To

Hello everyone.  I'm sorry I've been MIA in March, but dealing with the loss of my husband and trying to keep our business going has been overwhelming.  I have been trying to get back into crafting a little at a time and it has been theraputic.

I'm not sure how many of you still visit my blog or YouTube channel, so if you do please leave a comment below letting me know that you are still here.  Thank you 😊💗🤗

In March, other than my Tuesday 2 Minute Tips & Tricks, which seem to be my top viewed videos, I also did....

Adults & Crafts Paint Pouring Kit Unboxing

The Adults & Crafts kits are great for those that want to try out a new craft without having to spend a lot of money to get started.

Creating With Non-Toxic Resin From ArtResin

I love this resin!!!  Because it's non-toxic (more info on that in my video) you don't have to wear any special protective gear, just gloves so you don't get it on your hands.

But April looks like it's going to be a busy month on my YouTube channel, Janie - The Craft Princess

This is what I have that is public at the writing of this blog post but there will be more as the month goes on.

Cardmaking Fun With A 3D Pop-Up Center

Paint Pouring With A Straw Technique

InLoveArts 4 Year Anniversary Giveaway!

Quick & Easy Masculine Card Using A Stencil

Adults & Crafts Candle Kit Unboxing

I have more videos scheduled all month, of course including my Tuesday 2 Minute Tips & Tricks, so be watching for them!

As you can see, I do a variety of videos....something for everyone....so when leaving your comment below, please tell me which videos you like best.  And if you don't watch my videos, please tell me what you would like to see here on my blog.  I know I can't please everyone, but I want to do my best.

Thank you all for stopping by and....
HAPPY CRAFTING!

  1. I am so glad to see a blog post from you. I am subscribed to both your blog and yt channel, but I tend to read blogs more than watch youtube. I really like how you showed your projects and videos above. I fell in love with the stenciled deer card so I just went over to yt to see how you made it, so beautiful. I am very sorry to read about the loss of your husband. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Take care of yourself and please be gentle with yourself as you grieve for your husband. Know that I am thinking about you, and I just prayed for you as well. Hugs, Kitty

    1. Thank you so much Kitty 💗 It is good to know that people still visit my blog after I quit having the challenges. I will try to post more often now. I'm so happy you like that card and I appreciate you watching the video.....it really means a lot to me. As for me....day by day, one step at a time....I miss him so much and life is so different without him. But crafting is something he was supportive of and made sure I had what I needed to craft.....starting with my first Cricut about 13 years ago. So my crafting will continue and having supportive friends like you really helps. Thank you. BIG HUGS....Janie

  7. Hi Janie.
Heartfelt condolences on the passing of your husband. I don't know if I'd have your strength this soon. I've had you bookmarked for a very long time but not sure I've ever been to you YouTube channel. I'm checking that out now. Creative Blessings & hugs!

    1. Thank you so much Kelly. People tell me I'm so strong, but I'm really not, I just save my break downs for private moments. My crafting is something my husband has been so supportive of and made sure I have everything I need to craft. He always told me that he wanted me to have crafting to make me happy and to feel good about things. So crafting makes feel that I'm making him happy and that comforts me. However it's not always easy.....I often cry while crafting because he's not here for me to share it with or ask his opinion. I truly appreciate you and I hope you check out my channel and leave me comments because I would love to hear from you. 💗 Hugs....Janie

  8. Janie I am still here - so sorry to hear of your loss - having walked that road, I can say that to some degree I understand, but for each one of us, the grief journey is unique.
Keep on keeping on, and know that there will always be folk waiting to hear from you when you can!
    Hugs and prayers

    1. Thank you so much Maxine 💗 I am so sorry you have walked this road. It's a painful lonely journey.....more like a rollercoaster of emotions. Trying to figure out life without him is not going to be easy. I miss him so much. He was so supportive of my crafting....actually a big part of it....so crafting makes me feel close to him, yet at the same time makes me miss him more. But I will do what I can when I can and I am thankful to have such loyal friends here. 💗 Hugs....Janie
