Paper Piecing & Cardmaking With InLoveArts

If you are looking for CRAFTER’S CASTLE CHALLENGE

I made these cards using die sets from InLoveArts

I love being able to use die cut sentiments instead of stamped ones because I think it adds something special to the card.
I used these Phrase Art Word Dies !

And I love the look of paper piecing but usually when I do paper piecing I'm stamping an image several times on different papers to piece together.  So it was nice to not have to stamp and try to cut pieces out by hand.
I used this Woman In Dress Dies set!

Thanks to these dies it made everything easier!
Look at the beautiful cards I was able to make quickly and easily!  It was so fun!!!

I wanted to make this card a little flashy and fun.  One dress is cut from gold glitter paper and the other is from black velvet paper.  I cut the belt for the dresses from the same and swapped them.  For a fun way to create a background for your cards try using wrapping paper.  That is what I used for this card with the gold, silver, and black dots.  I will be making a video soon (when I get my new laptop) and show you how easy it is to do.  In fact I will also show you how easy it is to use these die sets.  So be watching for that video in the near future!

For this card I embossed the purple cardstock with a swiss dot embossing folder and punched the edges with my Martha Stewart Lace corner punch (part of the punch around the page set).  I added a little bling to the corners but it doesn't show up good in the picture.  Then I cut a scalloped oval from a piece of cardstock in my stash that also has dots on it and used foam tape to pop it up.  For the dress I also used cardstock with dots and it really brings it all together.

You can make them classy, cute, or fun....however you want.  And I didn't show it, but you can always cut everything out and color it the way you want with your markers or colored pencils or whatever you use.  And not just the Woman In Dress dies but also the Phrase Word Art dies.  That means the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!
